I'll give you the shortened version, which involves Logan coming into bed with us sometime before 3 a.m. this morning, complaining that he can't sleep. I'm not sure how long he was there before he announced he was going to go to sleep in his bed.
Sometime around 5 or 6 a.m. he came back to our room, asking to be able to play video games. We tell him no, and he complains he can't sleep. I tell him to lay down with us again, and he proceeds to have (or pretend) full-blown hallucinations of ghosts standing at our bedroom door. As I am typing this, he is laying in bed, playing fetch with one of the ghosts (he insists he is throwing the ghost, and it is friendly, but I think he is a just a whack job right now... and it really does look like fetch). He has been wide-eyed, and at some times very fearful, and I'm not sure what is going on.
I don't know if this is possible, but we think this might have been brought on--at least partially--by Billy's mom dyeing her hair last night. Logan supposedly went to lay down with her sometime in the early morning, and he has been hallucinating all night. Billy had to clean the litterbox, which is in the bathroom his mom uses, and had an asthma attack. Billy noted that even Hunter was acting stranger than normal when he got him out of his crib (early, as he was awoken by Logan's terrorized crying and pleads for us to get out the vacuum so we could suck up the ghosts). I'm trying to locate the box of whatever she had to find out what in the world are the ingredients of this stuff.
As I am typing this, he has finally fallen asleep. I fear this will muck up my day, as I needed to go pick up my typing this morning because my boss didn't get it from the doc last night. My head is all stuffy, like I've been up all night, and that's never a good thing.

In unrelated news, I bought a sewing machine last night at Wal-Mart. I believe I got a pretty good deal (only found it cheaper at Overstock.com, and I would've had to wait a while for that to ship), but do plan to upgrade in the future if I decide I have some sort of knack for sewing. I don't think I have the patience, but, like I said before, I need something to do that doesn't directly involve kids or cleaning the house.
Also, Logan's birthday is tomorrow. He's very excited (why, sure!), but we haven't made any concrete plans yet. I hate planning parties.... I'm SO not good at it.
....and then there were 5.

You sure L-dog hasn't been hitting the bong before bed?
Lucas and Christian spent the night on Thursday... When asking Jayson if it was okay, Jayson says, "Will there be any hallucinogenics present?" Billy told him that, no, in fact, they had been locked up. =)
I also asked if Logan had taken a pill or something that looked like candy (which I already knew the answer, given my boy's gag reflex in the event that whatever he put in his mouth was not ACTUALLY candy), and he said, "No, but the ghosts were dropping things that looked like pills." I told this to Wendy, who reminded me that that was "ghost droppings." Silly me, how could I have forgotten that.
