So, is that someone that we know, or just some stock photo?
No one we know, but I wish we did! I found the photo on one of my friend's myspace photo albums. I have clue where she got it from.
The real question is, would they give her a ticket if she got pulled over? Hahaha. Inquiring minds want to know!
