Well, I thought it was important to note that when Billy came home from work yesterday he let me take a two-hour nap (much-needed, too), then sent me out to ride. I rode Trinity, who was as fabulous as ever, then cleaned stalls. I love the feeling of riding while I'm also T-tapping. It's been probably close to a month since I've ridden due to heat and the busyness of life, but my riding muscles are in shape so I wasn't flopping around all crazy-like. (T-tapp is awesome, can I say it again?)
I went into mom's to get my backpack and cell phone, which I left there on Monday, and ended up staying to eat some broccoli and cheese sauce (yum). When I got home, neither of us were ticked off at eachother, and I'm hoping we've come to sort of an understanding.
I used to think my depression was due a lot to just the fact that my hormones were out of whack (which was true, definitely), but now I know it can be triggered just as easily (and more swiftly) by environmental factors. Do I need Prozac? My husband probably thinks so! =) I just need to be listened to and understood every once in a while, which for some reason is very hard for him due to his lack of good examples growing up.
Sigh.
....and then there were 5.
