I finally took pictures so I can compare visual results as I continue to work out. . I won't thrill everyone by emblazoning them on my blog, but I will post a link so that if you guys care to see what happens, you can. The photos are all at strange angles since I had to take the photos myself and I don't have a tripod.... bear with me. Next time I'll get Billy to help.
The bathing-suit bottoms I am wearing fit pretty well now, except the elastic around the legs is shot! I wonder if I did that?! If I stretched it out and it is now very loose there, I have done some good work losing something there. Strange.
